About Us
For decades, Blair Baker and Anthony Coppola
created magic supporting their clients​
Blair and Anthony both share a passion
for helping people with their tech problems

They met and worked together
for several years at MIT Lincoln Laboratory
​Then a light bulb popped up: “Hey, why don’t we do this together?”

So they gathered together several colleagues
and created the Boston Tech Support .Team

Our Location
Although we're based in Boston, Massachusetts, we do not have a physical location
Why no "brick & mortar" office?
Our clients made this decision for us:
• they are busy and prefer an appointment (e.g., seeing their doctor or servicing the car)
• they prefer the convenience of a remote help session or having us come to them
From our perspective:
• we proved during COVID that remote tech help works really well
• we know that technical issues often extend beyond "just your computer"
• we encounter "and while I have you here..." issues all the time

So the bottom line - we did not want our clients:
• driving through traffic to our office
• struggling to find parking
• trudging through foul weather
• discovering the "tech" they brought was not the source of their issue​​
